If you need to change or cancel your booking, we ask that you do so at least 72hrs before your booking time. Although we do not require a deposit, your card details are required to secure your booking (no charge will be taken at this time). Please note that if you do not arrive for your booking or cancel within 72hrs, a charge of £10 per person will be incurred.
Although restrictions have relaxed, your comfort and confidence are still our top priorities here at Cyan.
Face coverings are no longer mandatory for guests and staff in the restaurant, but our fantastic team will maintain our enhanced cleaning standards to ensure you can relax and enjoy your experience. We're also continuing to ask our teams to fill in a daily health survey questionnaire and have their temperature checked every time they are in the hotel, as well as completing two lateral flow tests a week.
