Our seasonal food and drink menus are centred upon experimentation, exploration, and the expertise of our team. Our chefs craft exquisite dishes that are inspired by local heritage as well as some of the incredible places they have travelled.
On Sundays we serve up an epic roast in Cyan. Choose between aged sirloin of beef, herb-roasted chicken, plaice fillets or our famous nut roast, each served with all the trimmings and a delicious pudding for just £18.
