Our seasonal food and drink menus are centred upon experimentation, exploration, and the expertise of our team. Our chefs craft exquisite dishes that are inspired by local heritage as well as some of the incredible places they have travelled.
On Sundays we exclusively serve up our epic roasts in Cyan until 7pm. Choose between aged sirloin of beef, herb-roasted chicken, sea bass, or our famous nut roast or even our brand new pork dish, each served with all the trimmings and a delicious pudding for just £22.
